REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS
- Bachelor of Sciencein Civil Engineering or other related subject
- Preferably Licensed Real Estate Appraisers
- Comprehensive understanding of the basic principles of construction
- At least one year of work experience in real estate property appraisal
- Computer literate
PLANT, MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT APPRAISERS
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or other related subject
- Computer literate
- Understanding of basic machinery and equipment cost estimates
